Diana L. Pulcher, 71, of Waterloo, IL passed away Friday April 12, 2024 at her home in Waterloo with her family by her side. She was born on January 13, 1953 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo. Diana loved to make Barbie Doll clothes and stuffed animals for children. She spend many hours in her vegetable and flower garden, working in her yard and watching and feeding birds.

She is survived by her mother Ellavee of Columbia, daughter Deanna and son Ricky. Grandchildren Anthony Lobillas, Shyanne Bovinett and Shayne Bovinett, great granddaughter Julianna Lobillas and special friend James Murdoch and daughter Jennifer Murdoch. Sister Jane (Leroy) Washausen of Waterloo, Charlotte (late Don) Mehrtens of Millstadt, Rhonda Little of Smithton, and brother Sherman W. Pulcher of California, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Sherman Pulcher, sisters Verna Joyce Wright, husband Bill Wright, Yvonne Henson husband Rick Henson, nephew Scott Pulcher and nieceJessica LaDuke.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Columbia, IL.
