How Does it Work?

In order to reduce the cost to our customers the service Greystone Crematory will provide will be only the most necessary services needed to complete the cremation process.

All information will be collected through online communication and phone calls, payment will be made in advance, and cremains will be picked up by the next of kin following the process. Families will handle anything beyond this on their own.



Funeral Homes are structured to take care of every detail they can when someone passes away, going to great lengths to be available for every need a family may have at this time. Greystone’s clients may have decided they do not need or want all these extra services. Greystone Crematory differs from a traditional funeral home in the sense that it does not hold regular office hours, make in person arrangements, write obituaries, make removals outside normal business hours (unless required), have a funeral director answering the phone 24-7, arrange memorial services, veteran services, or help with insurance claims.

For families wanting these extra services and availability, Greystone Crematory will continue to offer the exceptional services you have grown to become accustomed to.
